How can I purchase a ticket?

Tickets must be purchased in advance through our ticket page or Eventbrite.  

I can't stay all day. Any chance you sell tickets to just the vendor hall?

Yes! The vendor hall is going to be amazing and we don’t want anyone to miss it. A vendor hall ticket is good for your entire family. It includes admission to both vendor rooms and a tote swag bag.

Where is the conference located?

The 2019 conference will be held at Hope Community Church – Apex Campus.

What is the parking situation?

Hope Community Church has a very large parking lot with plenty of space.

What are my lunch options?

Food is not available at the conference venue, but there are several restaurants nearby in Apex and Holly Springs.  Within 4 miles of Hope Community Church you will find:

Will coffee be available?

Yes! We are happy to announce that Gabi’s Grounds will be serving coffee during the 2019 Carolina Homeschool Conference.

Is child care available?

No.  Nursing babies are welcome, but any child requiring their own seat will need a ticket.

What happens at a homeschool conference?

The main purposes of a homeschool conference are encouragement, inspiration, and connection.

Our speaker sessions will provide the encouragement and inspiration. The sessions were created to help you at any  stage of homeschooling. We have a session for everyone – regardless of grade level or experience!

The vendor hall is a great place to get connected. Stop by the vendor rooms and see the amazing classes, activities, and resources available in our community. 

What should I bring?

  • Your eventbrite ticket (paper or on your phone)
  • Money for local vendors
  • Lunch/snacks or money for going out to eat
  • Notebook and pen if you wish to take notes
  • A friend! 

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code. Please wear whatever makes you comfortable. 

What businesses will be in the vendor hall?

We are so excited to bring you 2 ROOMS full of amazing local vendors who have a heart for the homeschool community.

What is the refund policy?

We are unable to offer ticket refunds.  All sales are final.
